So just bought the HOI4 on Steam, la resistance, man the guns, etc etc.. supposedly the whole thing, it was like 30 EUR, discount something, anyway, i go play the game and i see no 'intelligence Agency' that la resistance DLC offers... please help, how do i 'enable' the DLC, it is visible in steam when i run the game, under DLC management, i see them all, but when i run the game i fear not all of them are there.
Are DLC supposed to be 'add on', as you can play as all of them combined or ONLY a specific DLC on top of the oriignal vanila version? .
